RHA's 2016
The year began with RHA finalising the design work for the West Course at Wentworth and a visit to Harrogate to assist with our annual irrigation workshops, which are now in their 15th year, for the ‘Continue to Learn’ education programme at the BTME Exhibition.
Throughout 2016 we have successfully completed projects on golf courses in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia including;
- Royal Portrush (Dunluce & Valley Courses for the forthcoming Open Championship in 2019)
- Trump Turnberry (for the Ebert remodelled Ailsa & Kintyre Courses)
- Wentworth (West Course)
- Portmarnock
- Adare Manor & Golf Resort (for the Fazio re-designed course)
- The Great Northern (for the newly constructed Nicklaus course)
We have also worked with the CWGC and ABMC on landscape projects in Italy, Egypt, Greece and the UK, and with the R&A for their golf Test Centre.
Our long standing relationship with the St. Andrews Links Trust has seen us providing advice on numerous aspects of their irrigation systems across the entire links.
Our close association with the STRI has continued with us working in harmony alongside the sports turf design team on projects for stadia and sports surfaces worldwide, as well as with the agronomy team for golf and sports pitches for a wide variety of clients.
We finish 2016 with the development of a new website which we hope reflects the relationships we have with our clients of which we are extremely proud.
We would like to thank all of our clients and industry colleagues for their ongoing support during 2016 and we look forward to the delights that 2017 will bring.
